Before I started working with Lewis, I had no idea quite how out of shape I was. I already had began losing weight when I signed up for the first time; having gone from 210lbs to around 185lbs. However, I’d noticed my improvements had plateaued so reached out to him for help. Not only did he help me lose significantly more weight, but he taught me exactly how to lose weight. I learnt how to track calories properly, what nutrients to focus on, how to better target exercises that will help me lose fat and not muscle, and dozens of other vital lessons that I now take forward with me to keep improving.
I went from a group program with him to being a 1-on-1 client, to now being a “graduate” who is ready to look after my long-term wellbeing with the knowledge I’ve gained.
I’m the fittest I’ve ever been, feel more confident with managing my diet and best of all - I feel completely content with my weight and body. Mentally and physically, going through the process with Lewis has been worth every single penny. No doubt that I wouldn’t have been able to do it without his coaching.
